The Rona Partnership has been dealing with Property Management since the 1950’s and is one of the longest established Management Departments in the County. It is now based out our Rayleigh Office and advises. We provide full Property Management facilities, including Block Management, and have dedicated Management Staff who can assist with the majority of requirements of any Landlord.
In Commercial Property Management we can renew leases and carry out Rent Reviews. We determine service charges and obtain Landlord’s insurance cover. We arrange the demands for and collection of rentals and service charges etc and account to the Landlord.
For residential property we provide a letting service in addition to full Property Management. The Landlord can chose whether to instruct RONA to deal with all management issues, including rent collection and accounting to the Landlord for the sums collected in addition to dealing with all tenants concerns and appointing contractors for repairs and renewals. Other Landlords may prefer, for a lower fee, to instruct RONA to let the property, collect the rent and account to the Landlord and thereby retain responsibility for maintaining the property and carrying out repairs themselves. We ensure that gas safety certificates and energy certificates are obtained and retained as necessary.
RONA can also manage blocks of both residential and commercial property, or a mixture of both. We collect ground rents, insurances and service charges as appropriate. We can arrange for repairs and renewals to common parts and obtain settlement from the leaseholder. We can also prepare service charge schedules and account to the freeholder as required.
