When you instruct us to market your property you can, at the same time, request a Quick Move file and instruct your local Conveyancing Team solicitor immediately, rather than waiting for a sale to be arranged. This will enable your Quick File to be prepared in readiness for when we agree a sale on you home, saving you several weeks.
NO MOVE - NO FEE
Should your sale and purchase fail to go ahead for any reason whatsoever, no legal fees will be payable by you.

CLIENT LIAISON TEAM
If you need help or advice out of hours you can simply call our trained Client Liaison Team who can often answer your questions and provide the information you need. They are computer linked to both the Solicitor and to Jubilee Property Services.
SHARED INFORMATION
Jubilee Property services use specialised software enabling us to receive electronic updates from Conveyancing Team throughout the transaction helping us to manage your move more efficiently. To keep you fully informed you will receive regular progress reports by email and/or post.
INTERNET UPDATES
Secure and confidential information about your move is available on your own web page meaning you can track the progress of your move on-line 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
SMS TEXTING
Our latest innovation is the introduction of automatic text messaging to all our clients with mobile phones. At all the key stages in the buying and selling process you will receive a text message from our Client Liaison Team with an instant update. All you need to do is register your mobile phone number with us and we'll do the rest.
HOMEFILE
This homefile is designed to give you a head start within the moving process. When you instruct Jubilee Team to market your property you can at the same time request a homefile on a no sale no fee basis by instructing Conveyancing Team Solicitors immediately, rather then waiting for a sale to be arranged. As part of the process your solicitors will get in place the
following:
- Apply immediately to your mortgage lender for your title deed.
- Apply to the Land Registry for office copies
- Prepare a draft contract
- Obtain your replies to the property information forms
- Prepare everything that may be necessary to enable a full set of
papers to be ready to be sent to the buyers solicitors as soon as the sale has been arranged.
Once you have a sale your move will be dealt with by the solicitor who prepared your Homefile, who will be ready to process your move immediately.
